Returns Policy

 


We really hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

As a small independent business, every order means the world to us. We kindly ask you to shop thoughtfully, as returns can create extra costs (and trips to the post office!) for both sides. That said, we totally understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.

When returning items, please repackage them as they were sent to you — ideally in the original box or something similar — to make sure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

Just return the item within 30 days, unused and with proof of purchase, and we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange.

If you're local, pop into our shop and we’ll sort your refund on the spot. Otherwise, refunds can take up to 7 days once we’ve received your return.

We’re happy to cover return postage for any faulty items — just send them back to us, and we’ll reimburse the cost once they arrive and have been checked. For all other returns, we’re not able to cover postage costs. We recommend getting proof of posting, just in case your parcel goes astray.
